The hybrids are new varieties that resistant to the cryptogamic diseases of vines, and they may be a good solution reduction pesticide use. However, these have appeared recently only few studies been conducted check quality wine produce. In this study, wines originated from were chemically characterized (polyphenols, tannins, anthocyanins, color analysis). Results show their oenological parameters close those Vitis vinifera wines. made Vinifera (100%), with Vidoc, all Bouquets studied malvidin-3 glucoside dominant, others cyanidin dominant.
